What if I run out of credits?
The credits a task will use and your remaining balance are always shown next to the start button, and you can't start without enough. Upgrade your plan or ask us about buying credits. Credits are used in this order: monthly, trial, then purchased; monthly credits don't roll over.
What happens to credits if a conversion fails?
Failed conversions are refunded automatically. If some geometry can't be converted because of the source file, you keep the result and credits are charged (the editor shows what's missing). Failed sources are kept for 7 days so you can retry without uploading again.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then Free applies. Projects over the limit aren't deleted — the most recently edited ones stay editable up to the limit and the rest become read-only. Share links keep working.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Payments are handled by inquiry for now — leave your business details in a consultation request and we'll issue a tax invoice.
Are my uploaded files safe?
Uploaded CAD files and images are private by default; only the 3D result is published when you create a share link. Original files can't be downloaded through any link and aren't accessible outside your workspace. File types and contents are checked again on the server.
