[To be confirmed] ("we") operates ALINK3D Creator (alink3d.com, the "Service") and processes personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who processes it for us. If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. What we collect

We don't collect resident registration numbers or sensitive information. People under 14 can't sign up.
2. Why we use it
- Identifying members, confirming sign-up (email verification), keeping you signed in and preventing abuse
- Providing CAD conversion, 3D editing, sharing and embedding, and managing credits
- Answering inquiries and handling plan change requests
- Giving share owners statistics such as view counts (not identifying individuals)
- Marketing email and the blog newsletter — only if you opted in; you can opt out at any time
3. Retention and deletion
We delete personal information once its purpose is fulfilled. Cleanup jobs delete the following automatically.

Electronic files are deleted so they can't be recovered. Daily backups kept for disaster recovery may still contain deleted information for up to 14 days before they are deleted automatically, and are used for nothing but recovery.
4. Uploaded files

Original files have no public address and only workspace members can download them. Shared links show only the converted 3D model.

The Service's servers and data are on servers we operate in the Republic of Korea.
6. External AI services
The Service does not create 3D models from photos and does not send your photos or files to external AI engines.
If you create a 3D model yourself in an external AI service such as Tripo or Meshy and upload the result (a GLB file) to the Service, the photos and information you gave that service are governed by that service's privacy policy. GLB files uploaded to the Service are kept for the periods in section 4, like other uploads.
7. Sharing with third parties
We don't provide your personal information to third parties, except where the law specifically requires it or investigative authorities request it through legal procedures.
8. Cookies
- Sign-in cookie: remembers that you're signed in; removed when you sign out.
- Share password cookie: avoids asking again for a password-protected link for 24 hours.
- Help feedback cookie: a random value (180 days) so "Was this helpful?" answers from the same person aren't counted twice. It doesn't identify you.
- We don't use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. If you block cookies, you can't sign in.
9. Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your personal information or ask us to stop processing it at any time. Change your name or email, turn off marketing email or delete your account in account settings, or send other requests via Contact. We respond within 10 days.
10. Security measures
- Passwords are stored with one-way hashing.
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access to personal information is limited to the minimum staff and logged.
- Uploaded originals have no public address and are sent only after checking permission.

We announce changes on the Service 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).
