Terms of Service

If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using ALINK3D Creator (alink3d.com, the "Service") provided by [To be confirmed] ("we"), and the rights and obligations of us and our members.

2. Definitions

• Member: a person who agreed to these terms and signed up
• Workspace: the unit in which a member manages projects, credits and members
• Content: CAD files and photos you upload, and 3D models, step animations and thumbnails made in the Service
• Credits: units used for tasks such as CAD conversion and AI 3D generation
• Shared link: an address that lets others view your 3D, including website embeds

3. Effect and changes

1. These terms take effect when posted on the Service.
2. We may change these terms within the law. We announce changes on the Service and by email 7 days before they take effect (30 days for unfavorable changes).
3. If you don't agree to the changes, you can delete your account. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you agree.

4. Sign-up

1. You must be 14 or older.
2. If you sign up with email, you must verify it before using the Service.
3. We may restrict accounts created with someone else's or false information.

5. Your account

Keep your password safe. If you learn your account was compromised, change your password and tell us right away.

6. The Service

1. Converting CAD (STEP, IGES) and 3D files (GLB, glTF) to web 3D
2. 3D editor (part visibility and color, explode/assemble step animations)
3. Shared links, password, members-only and website embedding (depending on plan)
4. Guidance on importing 3D models (GLB) made with external AI services such as Tripo or Meshy — the Service does not generate 3D models from photos itself

7. Plans and credits

1. Plan prices, credit grants and limits are posted on the Pricing page.
2. Until online payment opens, request paid plans via Contact; we change your plan after review.
3. Credits are deducted when a task starts and refunded if the task fails.
4. Free credits can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.

8. Content

1. Rights to content stay with you (or the original rights holder).
2. You allow us to use content only as needed to provide the Service — converting, storing, displaying and sharing. We don't use it beyond that.
3. You must have the rights needed for the files you upload. You decide, and are responsible for, who can open your shared links.
4. Retention and deletion of content follow section 4 of the Privacy Policy (trash 30 days, failed originals 7 days, etc.).

9. Prohibited conduct

1. Uploading files you have no rights to, or infringing others' rights
2. Uploading files containing malware or disrupting the Service (including excessive automated requests)
3. Extracting, copying, redistributing or hosting elsewhere the Service's 3D viewer program
4. Reverse engineering the Service or bypassing security measures
5. Sharing content that violates the law or public order

If we find such conduct, we may block the content or shared link, or restrict use.

10. Models made with external AI services

Models made with external AI services estimate shapes from photos. Dimensional accuracy isn't guaranteed; check them yourself before using them for design or manufacturing. Your use of an external service and your rights to its output are governed by your agreement with that service, and we don't warrant external services or their output.

11. Changes and interruptions

We may pause the Service for maintenance, outages or equipment changes, with notice where possible. Free features may change at our discretion.

12. Termination

1. You can delete your account at any time. You're signed out immediately, shared links are turned off, and all data is permanently deleted after 7 days (signing in within this period restores it).
2. On the Free plan, projects may be deleted after 90 days without activity. We email you on day 76.

13. Limitation of liability

1. We're not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, your fault, or outages of external services beyond our control.
2. Keep your own copies of original files; the Service isn't a storage service for originals.
3. These limits don't apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

14. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court of jurisdiction is [To be confirmed].
