    Upload a STEP or IGES file and see the price and estimated completion date for its size right away.

    Pay

    Review the quote and pay by card. Turnaround starts when payment is complete.

    Conversion and review

    An RMI engineer converts the model and checks it in 3D. We keep you updated on screen and by email.

  4. 4

    Delivered as a 3D project

    When done, it appears in your workspace as a new project, ready to edit and share.

Requirements

  • Format: a single STEP (.step, .stp) or IGES (.iges, .igs) file
  • Size: over 50MB up to 1GB. For files over 1GB, please split the model into several requests
  • Compressed files (zip etc.) are not accepted
  • Save assemblies with external references as a single file in your CAD tool

Files of 50MB or less can be converted automatically from your dashboard.

Refund policy

  • Canceled before an engineer is assigned: 100% refund
  • Canceled during conversion: 50% refund
  • After completion: no refund (quality issues are handled by a free redo)
  • Rejected for reasons on our side or past the turnaround: 100% refund
  • One free redo within 7 days of completion for quality issues. A redo for changed requirements costs 50% of the base price

As this is work made to order, the right of withdrawal is limited once an engineer starts work. We tell you this and ask for your consent before payment.

Original file retention

  • After conversion, the original file is kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically.
  • You can also delete it right away from your request page (cannot be undone; the converted model stays).
  • Originals of unpaid requests are deleted 7 days after upload.
  • Only assigned engineers can download originals, through links that expire, and every download is logged. Originals are not included in backups.

FAQ

When does the turnaround start?

From the moment payment is complete, in business days. Payments after 18:00 Korea time or on weekends and holidays start the next business day. Time spent waiting for your approval of extra work is not counted.

Can there be extra charges?

Only when work outside the request (such as model cleanup) is needed. We tell you the amount and reason first and proceed only if you approve. If you decline, we continue with the original scope.

What if I am not happy with the result?

We redo it once for free within 7 days of completion. If you have already deleted the original, please upload it again.

Can I get a tax invoice?

For card payments, the card sales slip replaces a tax invoice. Contract customers, please contact us.
