If you can't remember your password, you can get a reset link at the email you signed up with and set a new one.
Get a reset link
- On the Log in screen, click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you signed up with and click Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email. The link works once, within 30 minutes.
If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request it again. To protect account information, you'll see the same message even if the email isn't registered.
Set a new password
- Enter your new password twice. It needs at least 8 characters with letters and numbers.
- Click Change password and you'll return to the log in screen. Log in with your new password.
Changing your password signs you out on all other devices. If someone else was signed in, they're signed out too.
If you see "This link has expired"
The link is older than 30 minutes or was already used. Click Request a new link to get a new one.
If you signed up with Google
Accounts created with Google have no password. Use Continue with Google on the log in screen. To also sign in with your email, log in and choose Set a password in Account settings.
Change your password while signed in
In the password section of Account settings, enter your current and new passwords and click Change password. You stay signed in on this device, and other devices are signed out.
If sign-in is locked
After 5 wrong passwords in a row for the same email, you can't log in for 10 minutes. Try again after 10 minutes, or reset your password as described above.
