How credits are used

Last updated October 26, 2026

Credits are only used for work our servers do, such as CAD conversion. Viewing, editing and sharing don't use credits.

Credits per task

TaskCredits
CAD conversion (under 10MB)20
CAD conversion (10MB or more)50
Converting the same original again10
Uploading GLB or glTF (including models made with AI services, learn more)0

Next to the button that starts a task, you'll always see "N credits · M left".

Holding and returning credits

  1. When a task starts, the credits are put on hold.
  2. If it succeeds, they're charged.
  3. If it fails or is canceled, the same amount is returned. If a conversion finishes with some geometry missing because of problems in the original, you get the result and the credits are charged. The editor shows which parts are missing (learn more).

Credits by plan

PlanCredits
Free100 trial credits (one time)
Creator300 every month
Pro1200 every month
Business4000 every month
  • Unused monthly credits don't carry over to the next month.
  • Credits are used in this order: monthly credits → trial credits → purchased credits.
  • If you don't have enough credits, the start button is turned off and you'll see an upgrade notice. For now, we handle this through Ask about credits.
