Upgrade your plan
While online payment is being prepared, we take requests and a team member opens the plan for you.
- Click the button for the plan you want on Pricing, or open Request a plan upgrade.
- Tell us your company and how you'll use ALINK3D. We'll review it and get back to you.
Downgrade or cancel
Let us know through Contact. When you move to a lower plan, the following changes. Your projects and files are not deleted.

| Number of projects | Beyond the new plan's limit (Free 3, Creator 25, Pro 100), only your most recently modified projects up to the limit can be edited, and the rest become read-only |
| Share links | Links that use settings not available on the new plan (password, members only) show "This link can't be opened right now" |
| Website embeds | Below Pro, embedded viewers are replaced with a notice |
| Monthly credits | Granted according to the new plan |
Deleting your account
You can't delete your account while on a paid plan. First ask us to cancel and move to Free, then delete your account in Account settings. For what happens to your data afterward, see Retention and deletion of uploaded files.
